Our portable 5-year old Kenmore dishwasher wouldn't pump out at the end of the cycle. We called Sears who said they would send out a repair person in ten days! We called Ace and their pleasant repair man came out the same day and replaced the pump! The next time we used the washer, we noticed a small leak coming from under the unit; we called Ace and the repair man was out the next morning and fixed it at no additional charge. Pleasant, responsive, prompt, and experienced! We will use Ace when we need appliance repair next time!
